Crafted CircleLet’s Chat

Anyone can send a gift. Very few can send the right one. Crafted Circle is a bespoke gifting concierge in Mumbai, delivering across India.

Crafted Circle is a gifting concierge. Not a store, not a catalogue, not a checkout. Every gift designed once, for one person, for one moment.

Let’s Chat

The problem with corporate gifting

Four hundred identical hampers. The same dry fruit box, the same printed card, the same logo in the corner.

Your client’s name spelled correctly is not personalisation.

Gifting is the one budget line that is meant to feel personal — and the only one nobody has time to make personal.

What Crafted Circle is

We don’t sell gifts. We design them.

Crafted Circle works the way a concierge works, not the way a store works. You tell us who the gift is for, what the occasion is, and what you want them to feel. We come back with a concept — sourced, made, packaged and delivered end to end.

There is no website to browse, no cart, no catalogue. There is a person who knows your list better than you do.

A relationship manager, not a helpdesk

One named person owns your entire gifting calendar. You call them, not a support queue.

No catalogue, no SKUs

Nothing pre-made. We are not an ecommerce company and we don’t behave like one. Every gift is designed against your brief.

Nothing is ever repeated

Not across your list. Not across years. Not across our clients.

Everything is remembered

Every preference, every reaction, every detail — recorded, and used the next time.

Gift boxes laid out with the ways they can be personalised: engraved names, monograms, handwritten notes and branded tags.

Why we don’t have a catalogue

A catalogue is a list of things already sent to someone else.

Most gifting companies show you inventory and ask you to choose. That’s not gifting — that’s shopping, and the recipient can tell.

We start from the relationship. How you know this person. What they collect. What they’ve been through this year. What your company wants to say, and how loudly. The object comes last. It usually surprises people that it isn’t the hard part.

Beautifully Crafted. Thoughtfully Gifted.

How it works

Five steps. You’re involved in two of them.

  1. 01

    The Brief

    You

A short form, then a conversation with your relationship manager. Who’s receiving, how you know them, what the occasion is, scale, budget, delivery window.

  2. 02

    The Concept

    You

We come back with one or two designed options — the idea, the components, the packaging, the personalisation, the landed cost per gift. You approve or you redirect.

  3. 03

    The Craft

We source, make, personalise and pack. Artisans, small-batch makers and bespoke production, managed by us.

  4. 04

    The Arrival

Delivered on your date, to one address or four hundred. You get a tracked list back showing exactly what landed where.

  5. 05

    The Call Back

We call every recipient after delivery. Did it arrive well. Did it land. What they liked, what they didn’t, what they’d have preferred. Then we write it down — and it never gets sent to them again.

The memory

Most gifting vendors forget your list the day after Diwali. We start working on it.

Every engagement leaves us with something permanent: a profile of each person on your list. How you know them. What they responded to. What they quietly didn’t. Dietary lines, aesthetic taste, family, the things they collect, the thing they mentioned on the feedback call and forgot they’d said.

That record is the reason your second year with us is better than your first — and your fifth is better than anything a catalogue can build. Nobody on your list receives the same thing twice, because we’re the only ones who know what they already have.

Recorded
every detail from every brief, call and delivery, held against the recipient, not the order.
Verified
post-delivery feedback calls to every recipient, every time. Preferences confirmed by the person receiving, not assumed by you.
Applied
next year’s concept starts from what we already know. You don’t re-brief us. You tell us the budget.

Allergic to pistachio. Recorded March 2023.

Doesn’t drink. Sent first-flush Darjeeling.

Collects fountain pens. Owns the Lamy 2000.

Jain. No onion, no root vegetables.

Anniversary 14 November. White flowers.

Called the leather diary “another diary”.

Reads history. Raised Dalrymple, unprompted.

Moved to the Bandra office in August.

Kept last year’s box. Keeps cufflinks in it.

Every minute detail recorded and remembered. Period.

Your relationship manager

One person. One portal. No coordination on your side.

You are assigned a relationship manager who owns everything: design, sourcing, personalisation, packaging, logistics, tracking, feedback. One point of contact, one invoice, one deadline. When you need something moved, you message a person who already knows the context.

Behind them sits your portal — your full recipient list, the gifting calendar, what was sent and when, delivery status, and the preference record built from every call we’ve made. Your gifting programme stops living in someone’s inbox.

The standing calendar

Give us the names. We’ll take the dates.

Send us a list: name, phone, address. That’s all we need from you.

Birthdays. Work anniversaries. Weddings. New product launches. Promotions. Festivals. New Year. We build the calendar, we design against each occasion, we ship on the date. You are never the one remembering.

Once a year you tell us the budget. Everything else runs without you.

  • You decide the budget. We decide the idea, and show you before it goes.
  • No reminders to set, no lists to maintain, no last-minute scramble in October.
  • Every gift on the calendar built from what we already know about that person.

What we’re brought in for

Where we do our best work.

Client and partner gifting

the relationships where a hamper would actively cost you something.

Festive programmes

Diwali, New Year, anniversaries. Planned once, executed across the whole list.

Employee milestones

onboarding, promotions, exits, long-service. Consistent programme, individually crafted.

Investor and board gifting

small volume, high scrutiny, zero margin for generic.

Private and personal

birthdays, weddings, apologies, thank-yous. Individuals who want it handled properly.

Standing relationship calendars

the full list, the full year, managed end to end.

Why we take on a limited number of programmes

We take on a limited number of programmes each season, because every one is built from scratch and every recipient gets called afterwards. That’s a capacity limit, not a positioning line.

Questions we get

Before you ask.

What’s the minimum?
There isn’t a fixed number. It depends on the relationship being built, not the order size. If a catalogue player will serve you better than we will, we’ll tell you on the first call rather than take the work.
How large can you go?
Volume isn’t the constraint. Time is. Large programmes need a longer runway — start early and scale isn’t a problem.
Custom sounds expensive.
It’s priced against what you already spend. Most clients find the budget doesn’t move — what moves is what arrives.
We already have a vendor.
Most of our clients did. Run one list through us alongside them and compare what comes back — and what we know about your list afterwards.
Do you have a website I can order from?
No. We’re not an ecommerce company. Nothing we make exists before you ask for it.

Tell us who it’s for.

Start with a short brief. We’ll read it, then call you. If we’re the right fit, you’ll have a concept within the week — and you won’t think about gifting again this season, or the next one.
