Crafted Circle is a bespoke gifting concierge. We do not operate a catalogue, a marketplace, or an online checkout for gift products. Every engagement is custom-scoped through an enquiry, a discovery conversation, and a written proposal or quotation. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance; a binding contract arises only when a written proposal, quotation, statement of work, or purchase order is confirmed in writing by both parties and, where applicable, the agreed advance is received.

Photographs, mood boards, renders, sample curations and past-work imagery on this website are illustrative of style, standard and craft — not of a specific deliverable. Because our gifts are handcrafted, artisan-sourced and made to order, natural variation in colour, grain, texture, finish and dimension is inherent and is not a defect. Final deliverables are as described in the confirmed proposal, and may differ in reasonable respects from images displayed here.

Indicative price ranges, if shown, are estimates only and exclude applicable taxes, duties, packaging, personalisation and logistics unless expressly stated. All quotations are valid for the period stated in the proposal and are subject to artisan capacity, material availability, seasonal demand (including Diwali and other peak periods) and input cost movement. We reserve the right to revise or withdraw a quotation before it is confirmed in writing.

Delivery estimates are good-faith projections, not guarantees. Fulfilment involves third parties — artisans, vendors, printers, couriers and last-mile partners — whose performance may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including transport disruption, customs and regulatory action, strikes, weather, public holidays and force majeure events. We manage these relationships actively but do not accept liability for delay or loss attributable to a third party, an incorrect or incomplete recipient address supplied by you, or a recipient’s unavailability.
